Summary

About these terms

These terms and conditions apply when you order or use a UK IPTV subscription. They explain what you get, how ordering works, what we expect from you, and your rights. The service is provided by [Owner to confirm: legal entity name], registered at [Owner to confirm: registered address], company number [Owner to confirm: company number] ("we", "us", "UK IPTV").

Please read these terms before ordering. If anything is unclear, ask the team via our contact page before you place an order. These terms should be read alongside our privacy policy, refund policy and disclaimer.

The service we provide

A UK IPTV subscription gives you access to an internet-delivered TV service for a fixed period. Plans are available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or 24 months, with 1, 2, 3 or 4 connections. Current plan options are shown on our pricing page.

A connection means one stream playing at a time. A 2-connection plan, for example, lets two streams play at the same moment, on the same or different devices. If you try to play more streams than your plan allows, extra streams may not play. Our guide to using IPTV on multiple devices explains this in more detail.

Details such as the channels or content included, supported apps and picture quality are not guaranteed by these terms unless confirmed to you in writing before you order. [Owner to confirm: where the service specification is published and how changes to it are notified].

Ordering through WhatsApp

No payment is taken on this website. When you choose a plan, a button opens WhatsApp (via the short-link service short.gy) with a pre-filled message. You review that message and send it yourself. Sending the message is a request to order; it does not by itself create a contract.

A contract between you and us is formed when [Owner to confirm: the point at which a contract is formed, e.g. when we confirm your order in writing and payment is received]. We will confirm the plan, price and start date to you in writing (for example, by WhatsApp message) before the service starts.

Free trials: [Owner to confirm: whether any trial is offered and on what terms]. Unless confirmed in writing, no trial is promised.

Price and payment

  • Prices: [Owner to confirm: prices, including whether VAT is included]. Once confirmed, prices will be shown on the pricing page.
  • Accepted payment methods: [Owner to confirm: payment methods].
  • When payment is due: [Owner to confirm: payment timing].
  • Renewal: [Owner to confirm: whether plans renew automatically or must be renewed manually].

If the price quoted to you in WhatsApp differs from the price shown on the website, ask us to clarify before paying. For payment questions, see the payments FAQs.

Your responsibilities

To use the service you agree to:

  • Hold a valid TV Licence where one is required. In the UK you need a TV Licence to watch or record live TV on any channel or service, or to use BBC iPlayer, on any device. See TV Licensing.
  • Provide your own compatible device and broadband connection, and keep your device software up to date. See compatible devices and our guide to internet speed for IPTV.
  • Keep your login details private and not share them beyond your connection allowance or with people outside your household [Owner to confirm: household rule, if any].
  • Use the service lawfully, for personal and non-commercial viewing only, and not rebroadcast, resell, record for distribution or publicly show any content.
  • Not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the service.

Content rights

IPTV is a delivery technology. Whether any particular content may be watched lawfully depends on whether it is properly licensed. [Owner to confirm: basis on which content is licensed]. You remain responsible for making sure your own use is lawful. Our article on whether IPTV is legal in the UK explains the general principles; it is not legal advice.

Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device or network. Streaming can be affected by your broadband, Wi-Fi, device, app, maintenance work or problems with third-party systems outside our control. If you have problems, try the steps in IPTV not working and contact the team via WhatsApp. [Owner to confirm: any service levels, maintenance notice or compensation for extended outages].

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by sharing logins beyond your allowance or using the service unlawfully. Where reasonable, we will contact you first and give you a chance to put things right. [Owner to confirm: notice periods, whether any refund applies on termination, and how you may end the contract]. Your statutory cancellation rights are explained in our refund policy.

Our liability to you

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that digital content and services are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described, and provided with reasonable care and skill. For independent guidance, see Citizens Advice.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by your own device, broadband or third-party apps. [Owner to confirm: any overall liability cap, subject to legal review].

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how the service works. If a change significantly affects an active subscription, we will tell you in advance by WhatsApp [Owner to confirm: notice period]. Last updated: [Owner to confirm: publication date].

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first via the contact page so we can try to resolve it.
